As their update, TLauncher update with new requirement at v2.8. Minecraft 1.17 can only be played using OpenGL 3.2 or higher. Minecraft seems updated their system requirement. With same old PC, players (at least) could play Minecraft up to version 1.16.5. Good luck.After TLauncher update compatibility for Minecraft 1.17, seems old PC can't play Minecraft anymore (all version). Unfortunately, this isn't guaranteed to work as programs have free reign to release file handles of DLLs that finished execution. This may tell you the executable that loaded Intel OpenGL driver for which you need to make the fix.
